As a neurodivergent occupational therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals with neurodiverse conditions. I believe in empowering my clients to embrace their unique strengths and thrive in their daily lives. My approach is person-centered, and I am committed to supporting you on your journey towards holistic well-being.

During the initial evaluation, which lasts about one hour, the therapist will take the time to listen to your concerns and discuss your basic areas of need. This session is designed to help determine if the therapist is a good fit for you and if therapy would be beneficial. Your comfort and understanding are key as you begin this journey.

02.

During an initial evaluation for occupational therapy there is a comprehensive process that assesses various aspects of a client's well-being. It includes mental health assessments to understand emotional and psychological factors affecting daily functioning. Quality of life assessments gauge how well individuals are able to engage in meaningful activities, while functional status questionnaires provide insights into their physical capabilities and limitations. Together, these evaluations help therapists create tailored intervention plans that address the unique needs of each client.

03.

Our Walk-In Therapy Sessions are hour-long sessions that are designed for those who need immediate help for pressing issues and you can't wait for your next scheduled session. Our goal is to help you navigate significant barriers that may be affecting your ability to engage in meaningful activities that are impacting you in the present moment, not a week from now. We're here to provide the assistance you need, when you need it.
